In recent years CSI has expanded into the repair and maintenance of tanks specifically as the repairs relate to specialized linings and the preparations / repairs required in advance. CSI is one of the few authorized applicators of Linabond in the NE region.

Working on tanks requires careful planning and detailed site-specific safety protocol. Typically, the environments must be continuously monitored for lethal gases, and employees must be trained in confined space entry, and also fulfill a specific role as part of a team in the event of an emergency rescue.

Confined space attendants must be in place at all times and must have the training and equipment to monitor the area correctly and ensure that the correct protocol is adopted continuously.
