In November, 2006 CSI was engaged to renovate this complex of five, 3-story, L-shaped buildings, and four, 2-story straight buildings known as Palm Aire at Coral Key, located in front of the beautiful intercostals waters of Light House Point, Florida.
The residents had voted for the renovation of this magnificent property.
To achieve this goal, the existing structures received structural and aesthetic changes, including repairs to structural elements like columns, beams, and slabs.
Aesthetics included Uro Tile floors on the catwalks, STO Deco Coat on the balconies, new aluminum picket railings, new screen enclosures, new entry doors, stucco on all parapets, and paint.
