Winchester Hospital Parking Garage

CSI was awarded the contract to repair large-scale concrete deterioration threatening the structural integrity of the hospital's garage.

CSI was also contracted to waterproof the garage and install a new drainage system. Horizontal plank, vertical wall and overhead beam repairs were completed with the installation of new steel reinforcement and the use of modified concrete.

All repair areas were made waterproof with the installation of sealant at all joints and a new waterproof traffic coating system was also installed along with multiple drains.

All work was completed while keeping the garage operational and with minimal impact on the patients, visitors and staff of the hospital.
