The purpose of a deck coating is to preserve the integrity of the coated concrete surface and in turn prevent water from filtering to levels below.
For more than a decade, CSI has installed millions of SF of deck coating to garages throughout the Northeast and Southeast U.S. Our trained technicians attend yearly seminars as part of our approved manufacturer status with BASF, Neogard, Lymtal and Carlisle coating systems. A key component of each successful application involves the input of the Owners representative, Contractor and manufacturer. The longevity of the system installed is dependant upon proper preparation, detailing, application, and of equal importance, minor yearly maintenance to fix damage caused by snow plows etc.
